Job Description:

  • Develop and execute HashKey Exchange’s user growth strategy, covering the full lifecycle of user acquisition, activation, retention, and referral, with a focus on penetrating core Web3 user segments.
  • Build data-driven growth models, establish key performance indicator systems, and continuously optimize customer acquisition cost and lifetime value.
  • Oversee integrated growth across online (e.g., SEO, ASA) and offline channels (e.g., KOL partnerships, self-built channel networks).
  • Manage cross-channel growth strategies, including social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu), community operations, and event marketing.
  • Design growth flywheels for retail, institutional, and corporate clients, including partner programs and referral incentive systems.
  • Establish user insights frameworks, leveraging on-chain/off-chain data analytics to identify high-value user characteristics.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of hands-on user growth experience, with at least 3 years in Crypto/Fintech/Internet industries.
  • Minimum 3 years of social media operations expertise, including global (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn) and domestic platforms (e.g., Xiaohongshu).
  • Proven track record in building growth systems for high-activity, high-volume trading platforms across online and offline channels.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
  • Deep understanding of Crypto/Exchange/blockchain infrastructure ecosystems and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese for business negotiations and technical documentation.
