Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced RWA Product Manager. This role will focus on the planning, design, launch, and continuous optimization of RWA products, bridging traditional financial assets, compliance requirements, and blockchain infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should understand both financial products and institutional client needs, while also having strong Web3 and blockchain product sense. This role also requires strong project management and team collaboration capabilities, working closely with Engineering, Compliance, Business Development, Ecosystem, and external partners to bring RWA products from concept validation to scalable adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of RWA-related products, including asset tokenization platforms, on-chain issuance and asset management tools, investor onboarding and verification workflows, compliance workflows, on-chain data and asset disclosure modules, and developer or institutional service tools.
• Conduct market, user, and industry research across RWA, asset tokenization, stablecoins, tokenized funds, bonds, notes, receivables, real estate, and other on-chain asset use cases to identify product opportunities and market needs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Business teams to define product requirements, functional specifications, user flows, permission models, data structures, and product roadmaps.
• Support institutional client and ecosystem partner discovery, translating traditional finance and institutional requirements into scalable on-chain product solutions.
• Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Business teams to ensure product design aligns with applicable market requirements, client types, KYC/AML standards, investor eligibility, and disclosure requirements.
• Lead cross-functional project management for RWA product initiatives, coordinating Product, Engineering, Compliance, Business Development, Ecosystem, and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Help build product operating mechanisms for the RWA product line, including requirement management, roadmap planning, prioritization, launch cadence, and post-launch review.
• Coach and support junior product managers or project team members, helping improve the team’s product capabilities in RWA, on-chain finance, and institutional product development.
• Monitor product metrics, user feedback, on-chain asset data, and client usage patterns to drive product iteration, user experience improvement, and commercialization.
• Engage with the RWA ecosystem, developer communities, institutional clients, and strategic partners to gather insights and drive product adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in Web3, blockchain, fintech, financial products, asset management, trading platforms, custody, payments, or related fields.
• Strong interest in and understanding of RWA / asset tokenization, including core workflows such as asset issuance, ownership representation, custody, KYC/AML, investor onboarding, disclosure, income distribution, and on-chain transfer.
• Familiarity with smart contracts, wallets, on-chain data, oracles, token standards, permission control, compliance workflows, and blockchain infrastructure.
• Proven end-to-end product management experience, from market research, requirement definition, PRD, prototyping, engineering collaboration, launch, to post-launch data review and iteration.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities, with the ability to drive complex projects from requirement alignment to launch.
• Prior experience as a product line owner, project lead, or people manager is preferred, with the ability to guide junior product managers, project managers, and cross-functional team members.
• Strong ownership and prioritization skills, with the ability to make decisions and drive outcomes under limited resources and complex requirements.
• Strong structured thinking, requirement breakdown, cross-functional collaboration, and project execution skills.
• Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to work with global teams, institutional clients, and external partners.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership, with a passion for bridging traditional finance and on-chain finance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in RWA, asset tokenization, stablecoins, tokenized funds, bonds, notes, receivables, custody, or institutional financial products.
• Experience with DeFi, exchanges, wallets, custody, on-chain data, developer platforms, or financial infrastructure products.
• Experience building products for institutional clients, financial institutions, asset managers, funds, family offices, or enterprise clients.
• Experience with compliance products, KYC/AML, investor onboarding, permission management, or RegTech-related solutions.
• Experience building a product line from 0 to 1, managing a small product team, or driving cross-regional product launches.
