HashKey Group 风控部门寻求优秀硕士实习生，参与Web3数字资产风险管理体系建设。你将有机会参与前沿的区块链风险控制项目，与行业顶级团队合作，深入了解数字资产生态中的风险管理实践。

主要职责
• 链上数据监测与分析：使用Dune Analytics、Nansen等工具实时监控链上交易异常、大额转账等风险事件
• 反欺诈规则开发：参与建立反欺诈检测规则库，支持交易风险评分模型的迭代
• AML评分模型支持：协助建立AML(反洗钱)评分模型，支持合规部门的客户尽调工作
• 风险报告制作：撰写周期性风险报告、监测日志，协助管理层决策
• 工具开发：使用Python/SQL开发数据分析工具、自动化脚本，提高团队效率

任职资格
必选：
• 硕士学位（金融、数学、计算机、统计等专业优先）
• 1年以上金融/风险/数据分析相关实习经历
• SQL、Python或R语言熟练
• 英文沟通能力强（能读懂英文技术文档和报告）

加分项：
• 有Web3/区块链行业背景或学习经历
• 有链上数据分析或DeFi风险研究经验
• 接触过VASP/数字资产风控系统
• 掌握机器学习基础，了解风险建模
• 有大数据平台（如Spark）使用经验

Risk Intern · Job Description

Position Overview
HashKey Group’s Risk Control team seeks an exceptional Master’s-level intern to contribute to the development of Web3 digital asset risk management systems. You will have the opportunity to participate in cutting-edge blockchain risk control projects, collaborate with industry-leading teams, and gain deep insights into risk management practices within the digital asset ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
• On-chain data monitoring & analysis: Monitor on-chain transaction anomalies and large-value transfers in real-time using tools such as Dune Analytics and Nansen; identify and flag suspicious activities
• Anti-fraud rule development: Participate in building anti-fraud detection rules; support iterative improvements to transaction risk scoring models
• AML scoring model support: Assist in developing AML (Anti-Money Laundering) scoring models and support compliance teams in customer due diligence
• Risk reporting: Produce periodic risk reports and monitoring logs to support management decision-making
• Tool development: Develop data analysis tools and automation scripts using Python/SQL to enhance team efficiency

Qualifications
Must-have:
• Master’s degree (Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields preferred)
• 1+ years of internship experience in finance, risk management, or data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
• Strong English communication skills (ability to read and understand English technical documentation)

Nice-to-have:
• Web3 / blockchain industry background or study experience
• Experience in on-chain data analysis or DeFi risk research
• Exposure to VASP or digital asset risk control systems
• Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals and risk modeling
• Experience with big data platforms (e.g., Spark)
