We are seeking a highly motivated OTC Crypto Sales Trader to join our dynamic team, supporting (OTC) cryptocurrency trading.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with market colour and analysis on market trends to assist clients in making informed trading decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their trading needs and providing tailored execution solutions.
• Provide execution service for clients on OTC and RFQs.
• Coordinate with internal teams (such as product, risk management, compliance, etc.) to ensure smooth trading processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue of our OTC desk.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years direct experience in global markets trading in any asset class, knowledge in Cryptocurrencies preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Trader or in a similar role within a financial services environment is preferred.
• Have an active mind and strong awareness of risks
• Detail-oriented, efficient and independent worker with good analytical skill. Excellent team-work, communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, making informed decisions while handling large trading volumes.
• Experience in cryptocurrency trading and/or knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem is preferred.
