你将加入做市商管理团队，主导集团做市商的日常准入与监控；推动 AI/Agent 方案提升运营人效，确保业务在全球合规框架（HK SFC / SG MAS / VARA）下稳健运行。
You will join the Market Making team to lead onboarding and monitoring of group market makers; drive AI/Agent solutions to enhance operational efficiency under global compliance frameworks (HK SFC / SG MAS / VARA).

[Responsibilities · 岗位职责]
• 主导做市商准入审核、协议管理及日常业务对接 / Lead MM onboarding audits, agreement management, daily coordination
• 数据化监控做市商履约（报价质量、深度、在线率、库存风险），产出绩效评估报告 / Monitor MM performance (quote quality, depth, uptime, inventory) via data analytics, produce evaluation reports
• AI 提效：识别业务痛点，落地自动化（智能对账、异常预警、自动化报表）/ AI efficiency: identify pain points, ship automation (smart reconciliation, anomaly alerts, auto reporting)
• 与合规、技术、交易团队协作，确保 MM 方案合规、费率执行、事件处理 / Collaborate with Compliance / Tech / Trading on MM scheme compliance, fee execution, incident handling

[Hard Requirements · 任职要求]
• 3+ 年数字资产或传统金融做市商管理 / 运营经验 / 3+ years in digital asset or traditional finance MM management/operations
• 深入理解流动性管理、订单簿、做市商经济（rebate / spread / inventory risk）、交易所 API / Deep understanding of liquidity management, order books, MM economics, exchange APIs
• Python / SQL 能力，有 AI / LLM 工具落地经验优先 / Proficient in Python / SQL; AI/LLM tool delivery experience preferred
• Working English；港工签优先（HBL 主体）/ Working English; HK work right preferred (HBL entity)

• 熟悉 Tier-1 交易所做市项目 / RFQ / 衍生品 / 链上做市 / Familiar with Tier-1 exchange MM programs / RFQ / derivatives / on-chain MM
• 熟悉 HashKey 产品线 / Familiar with HashKey product line
