1. 负责公司现有做市商（Market Maker）的日常对接、管理与维护，确保做市商策略的平稳运行。

任职要求：

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain daily operations with the company’s existing Market Makers (MM), ensuring the smooth execution of market-making strategies.
2. Monitor MM liquidity metrics (e.g., spread, depth, order participation rate) and regularly generate performance evaluation reports.
3. Identify pain points in MM management, explore and implement AI tools and automation to significantly improve operational efficiency.
4. Collaborate with product, tech, and compliance teams to optimize the MM onboarding process and trading experience.
5. Keep track of industry trends, research competitors’ liquidity strategies, and provide actionable recommendations for optimizing the platform’s market-making mechanism.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. 3+ years of experience in operations or institutional services within traditional financial institutions, crypto exchanges, or market maker teams.
3. Familiarity with digital asset trading mechanisms and order book models, with a deep understanding of liquidity management.
4. Strong innovation-driven mindset, familiar with and able to apply AI tools (e.g., LLMs, automation scripts) to solve practical business problems.
5. Excellent data analysis skills, capable of extracting insights from massive trading data and proposing solutions.
6. Outstanding bilingual communication skills (English and Mandarin) to interact seamlessly with global clients.
