Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Expert who understands both the “Compliance & Rigor” of TradFi and the “Playbook” of Web3. You will lead the brand commercialization for our core business lines. This is not just a marketing role; it is a strategic position requiring deep market insights and content prowess to achieve brand breakthroughs from 0 to 1 in Hong Kong and Asia-Pacific markets, driving user growth toward the tens-of-millions scale.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Positioning

  • Lead the 0-to-1 brand building for new products. Develop brand strategies and market positioning based on Web3 dynamics and the compliance requirements of HKEX/financial institutions, creating a brand image that balances credibility with innovation.

Institutional Content

  • Oversee communication content for institutional clients (HNWIs, Family Offices, Funds). You must possess a high sensitivity to financial copywriting, translating complex technical jargon into “Value Narratives” that resonate with high-net-worth clients, while supporting regulatory communications and external PR materials.

User Growth

  • Drive user acquisition and growth strategies for the Group’s main business lines. Integrate online and offline channels, leveraging performance marketing, community referrals, KOL ecosystems, and traditional media to achieve exponential growth (from millions to tens of millions) while maintaining accountability for CAC and conversion rates.

Qualifications

Background

  • 8-10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in core marketing/branding roles at HK-listed companies, top-tier financial institutions (Banks/Brokers/Asset Management), or major tech platforms.
  • Proven track record of building brands or products from 0 to 1. Portfolios or data-driven case studies are highly preferred.

Core Competencies

  • Growth Hacker: Clear user growth methodology with experience leading acquisition campaigns reaching millions of users. Deep understanding of distribution channels, data analytics, and ROI optimization.
  • Content Sensitivity: Exceptional writing skills and aesthetic sense. Unique insights into copywriting under financial compliance contexts; able to personally oversee key promotional documents, videos, and event materials.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Web3 logic, passionate about blockchain, crypto, and DeFi. Successful experience transitioning from TradFi to Web3 is a plus.

Soft Skills & Languages

  • Resilient with an entrepreneurial spirit; able to make rapid decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Existing resources for institutional clients, media, KOLs, or Web3 communities are a plus.
  • Fluent in business English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Native Cantonese speakers highly preferred to deeply penetrate the local Hong Kong community and traditional financial circles.
