Collaborate with project teams and spot trading teams to enhance external traffic conversion for key trading pairs.
Regularly track and analyze data from ongoing futures listings, optimizing operational strategies and ensuring effective implementation.
Optimize futures products by coordinating with product and technical teams, managing progress, and ensuring the timely delivery of product features.
Analyze competitor operations, propose solutions, and implement necessary actions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in fields such as finance, marketing, media, or language-related disciplines.
Over 2 years of experience in crypto Futures operations, with a solid understanding of the current competitive landscape.
Strong data analysis skills and ability to identify industry trends.
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities in new business areas and unite teams to drive development.
