Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Manager/or Senior Manager, Tokenisation to design, structure, and develop tokenized financial products, with a focus on leveraging expertise in equity capital markets (ECM) or debt capital markets (DCM). The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in capital markets, specifically in ECM or DCM, a strong understanding of structuring financial products, and established industry connections to support business development. Familiarity with Web3 is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners, and leverage industry networks to drive adoption of tokenized financial products.
- Financial Product Structuring and Design: Develop and structure tokenized financial products, utilizing expertise in ECM or DCM to ensure alignment with regulatory and market requirements.
- Tokenization Development: Collaborate with other business teams to implement tokenized financial product solutions on blockchain platforms, ensuring security, scalability, and efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance: Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure tokenized financial product structures adhere to relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal teams (e.g., Echange, Legal, and Products) and external partners to execute tokenized financial product projects, leveraging industry relationships to drive project success.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4-8 years of professional experience in capital markets, with a proven track record of structuring products in equity capital markets (ECM) or debt capital markets (DCM) and a demonstrated ability to connect with industry stakeholders to support business growth.
- Business Development Skills: Experience in identifying and developing business opportunities, with strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- Understanding of blockchain technology and tokenization processes.
- Exposure to Web3 technologies, protocols, platforms or financial institutions is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to analyze market trends, financial structures, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work across cross-functional teams and build relationships with external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
- Fluent in English and Chinese
