Business Negotiation & Project Implementation: Lead negotiations with potential partners, design collaboration models, and oversee end-to-end execution of partnership projects.
Cross-Department Collaboration & Innovation-Driven Initiatives: Facilitate cross-department and cross-business line cooperation, coordinate internal and external resources, explore emerging business models, and drive business innovation.
Market Insight & Strategic Planning: Analyze Web3 industry trends and policy developments, contribute to overall project planning and execution, and formulate market entry strategies and partnership plans.
Brand Building & Event Promotion: Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and related events to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
Master’s degree or higher in finance, economics, or related fields preferred, with extended overseas study or work experience.
7+ years of experience in business development, investment management, industry research, or related fields; prior experience in building businesses from the ground up (0 to 1) is a plus.
Deep understanding of traditional finance, including mechanism design in bonds and equity. Experience in AI, new energy, or industrial internet sectors is advantageous.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and expand deep partnerships with financial institutions and enterprises.
Strong grasp of innovative sectors (e.g., RWA*), market awareness, and ability to manage high-pressure environments and complex projects.
Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (written and spoken).
