Responsibilities

  1. Lead the overall management of the Business Development team within the HashKey On-Chain Business Group, including formulating business development strategies, client segmentation strategies, and phased performance targets.
  2. Develop and maintain key relationships across institutional clients, ecosystem partners, Web3 projects, financial institutions, funds, exchanges, wallets, infrastructure providers, and other relevant stakeholders in the On-Chain ecosystem.
  3. Lead the team to drive business development, client conversion, partnership signing, project execution, and revenue achievement; take ownership of team performance results.
  4. Identify market opportunities and client needs, and design commercial partnership plans and industry solutions based on HashKey On-Chain’s products and service capabilities.
  5. Establish and optimize BD team management mechanisms, including target breakdown, pipeline management, process tracking, business review, incentive mechanisms, and talent development.
  6. Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Research, and other internal teams to drive key client projects and strategic partnerships.
  7. Stay up to date with industry trends across On-Chain business, digital assets, Web3, DeFi, RWA, stablecoins, wallets, custody, on-chain data, and infrastructure, providing market insights to support business strategy and product direction.
  8. Represent the business group in major industry conferences, client meetings, ecosystem events, and commercial negotiations to enhance HashKey On-Chain’s industry influence and business conversion capability.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Finance, Economics, Management, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields are preferred.
  2. 8+ years of experience in business development, institutional sales, strategic partnerships, ecosystem development, or key account management, with at least 3 years of team management experience.
  3. Solid understanding of Web3, blockchain, digital assets, on-chain business, trading, wallets, custody, DeFi, RWA, stablecoins, or fintech-related sectors; relevant client resources are preferred.
  4. Strong performance orientation and team management capability, with the ability to define business strategies, break down targets, build processes, and lead teams to achieve revenue or growth goals.
  5. Proven ability in key account development, commercial negotiation, and complex project execution; capable of independently leading major client and strategic partnership initiatives.
  6. Strong market sensitivity and business judgment, with the ability to identify convertible business opportunities from industry trends, client needs, and company capabilities.
  7. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate Product, Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other teams to drive project delivery.
  8. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to operate effectively in a cross-regional, cross-cultural, and fast-paced business environment.
