岗位职责
1. 负责公司现有做市商（MM）的日常管理与运营对接，确保做市商策略的平稳运行及流动性目标的达成。
2. 监控做市商的报价质量、交易量等核心数据，定期输出分析报告并进行绩效评估。
3. 探索并引入AI工具及自动化手段，针对目前做市商数量庞大、管理流程复杂的痛点，制定并落地提效方案。
4. 协同产品、技术及合规团队，优化做市商接入流程及交易系统体验。
5. 处理做市商在交易过程中遇到的各类突发问题，提供高质量的机构级服务。

任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、计算机、统计学等相关专业优先。
2. 具备3年以上加密货币交易所、传统券商或量化机构的做市商运营、机构客户服务或交易运营经验。
3. 熟悉虚拟资产市场，深刻理解做市商的运作机制及流动性管理逻辑。
4. 具备较强的数据分析能力，能够熟练使用相关工具进行数据处理与挖掘。
5. 具备中英双语作为工作语言的能力，能与全球做市商及内部团队高效沟通。
6. 对AI技术有浓厚兴趣，并有实际利用AI或自动化工具提升工作效率的经验。

The Market Maker team is the core hub ensuring platform liquidity and trading experience. Here, you will collaborate with top-tier global market makers and leverage cutting-edge AI technology to reshape operational boundaries.

Responsibilities
1. Manage the daily operations and communication with existing Market Makers (MM), ensuring the smooth execution of MM strategies and achievement of liquidity goals.
2. Monitor core metrics such as quoting quality and trading volume, regularly produce analysis reports, and conduct performance evaluations.
3. Explore and implement AI tools and automation methods to address the pain points of managing a large number of MMs, developing and executing efficiency improvement plans.
4. Collaborate with product, technology, and compliance teams to optimize the MM onboarding process and trading system experience.
5. Handle emergencies encountered by MMs during trading and provide high-quality institutional-grade services.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
2. Over 3 years of experience in market maker operations, institutional client services, or trading operations at crypto exchanges, traditional brokerages, or quantitative trading firms.
3. Familiarity with the virtual asset market and a deep understanding of market-making mechanisms and liquidity management logic.
4. Strong data analysis skills, proficient in using relevant tools for data processing and mining.
5. Bilingual in English and Chinese, capable of communicating effectively with global MMs and internal teams.
6. Strong interest in AI technology, with practical experience using AI or automation tools to improve work efficiency.

Nice to Have
1. Proficiency in Python programming or SQL data querying.
2. Experience in building a market maker management system from scratch is highly preferred.
