岗位名称：做市商运营专家 / Market Maker Operations Expert

岗位职责：
1. 负责公司现有做市商（MM）的日常对接、管理与维护，确保各项合作顺利推进。
2. 建立并优化做市商考核指标体系，监控交易深度、滑点等流动性数据。
3. 探索并应用AI技术或自动化工具，提升做市商管理流程的效率，降低人工对账与监控成本。
4. 协同产品、技术及合规团队，解决做市商在接入和交易过程中遇到的各项问题。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、计算机或相关专业优先。
2. 熟悉Crypto行业，具备交易所机构业务或做市商团队运营管理经验。
3. 对AI技术（如大语言模型应用、自动化脚本等）有浓厚兴趣，并有实际业务提效经验者优先。
4. 具备扎实的数据分析能力，能熟练使用相关工具进行数据处理与可视化。
5. 具备中英双语作为工作语言的能力，沟通协调能力强。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily docking, management, and maintenance of the company’s existing Market Makers (MM) to ensure smooth cooperation.
2. Establish and optimize the MM evaluation index system, monitoring liquidity data such as trading depth and slippage.
3. Explore and apply AI technologies or automation tools to improve the efficiency of MM management processes and reduce manual reconciliation costs.
4. Collaborate with product, technical, and compliance teams to resolve issues encountered by MMs during onboarding and trading.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. Familiar with the Crypto industry, with operational management experience in exchange institutional business or MM teams.
3. Strong interest in AI technologies (e.g., LLM applications, automation scripts) with practical experience in business efficiency improvement preferred.
4. Solid data analysis skills, proficient in using relevant tools for data processing and visualization.
5. Bilingual in English and Chinese as working languages, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
