1. 负责公司现有做市商（Market Maker）体系的日常管理与运营，跟进做市商的交易表现及流动性提供情况。
2. 监控和分析做市商数据，制定并优化做市商考核指标，确保平台核心交易对的流动性和盘口深度。
3. 探索并引入AI工具及自动化手段，优化做市商管理流程，大幅提升运营效率和数据分析能力。
4. 作为做市商的主要对接人，维护良好的沟通与合作关系，及时解决做市商在交易中遇到的问题。
5. 协同产品、技术及风控团队，推动做市商相关功能的迭代与业务合规落地。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、数学、计算机等相关专业优先。
2. 3年以上加密货币交易所、券商或量化机构的做市商运营、流动性管理或机构业务经验。
3. 熟悉做市商机制、API交易及量化交易基础知识。
4. 具备较强的数据分析能力，对AI技术在金融运营中的应用有实际经验或浓厚兴趣。
5. 具备优秀的中英双语沟通能力，能够与全球顶尖做市商顺畅对接。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage the daily operations of the company’s existing Market Maker (MM) system, tracking their trading performance and liquidity provision.
2. Monitor and analyze MM data, develop and optimize assessment metrics to ensure the liquidity and order book depth of core trading pairs on the platform.
3. Explore and implement AI tools and automation solutions to streamline MM management processes and significantly improve operational efficiency and data analysis capabilities.
4. Act as the primary point of contact for market makers, maintaining strong relationships and resolving any trading-related issues promptly.
5. Collaborate with product, technical, and risk control teams to drive the iteration of MM-related features and ensure business compliance.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. 3+ years of experience in market maker operations, liquidity management, or institutional business within crypto exchanges, brokerages, or quantitative trading firms.
3. Deep understanding of market making mechanisms, API trading, and basics of quantitative trading.
4. Strong data analysis skills, with practical experience or strong interest in applying AI technologies to financial operations.
5. Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin to smoothly interact with top-tier global market makers.

Nice to Have:
Previous experience working in leading crypto exchanges or top-tier market makers (e.g., Wintermute, GSR) is highly preferred.
