岗位名称：MM做市商运营专家 / Market Maker Operations Expert
工作地点：香港 HK

岗位职责：
1. 负责公司平台做市商的日常管理与运营，跟进做市商的入驻、考核、激励及退出等全生命周期管理。
2. 监控平台流动性及做市商表现，定期输出数据分析报告，并提供优化建议。
3. 探索并引入AI工具和自动化流程，提升做市商管理效率与日常运营效能。
4. 作为核心节点，与做市商保持高频沟通，收集需求并协同产研团队优化交易系统和API接口。
5. 协助上级完成其他机构运营及流动性管理相关项目。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、数学、计算机等相关专业优先。
2. 具备3年以上加密货币交易所或传统金融做市商运营、机构客户对接经验。
3. 熟悉数字资产交易规则、做市策略及流动性指标，对行业有深刻理解。
4. 具备优秀的数据分析能力，能够独立运用SQL、Python等工具处理业务数据。
5. 对AI技术和自动化工具有热情，有实际应用AI提效经验者优先。
6. 具备出色的中英文双语沟通能力，能够适应跨文化、跨时区的国际化团队协作。

1. 曾在头部加密货币交易所负责过核心做市商运营者优先。

Job Title: Market Maker Operations Expert
Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily management and operations of market makers (MM) on the platform, including onboarding, performance evaluation, incentive distribution, and offboarding.
2. Monitor platform liquidity and MM performance, generate regular data analysis reports, and provide optimization suggestions.
3. Explore and implement AI tools and automated processes to improve MM management efficiency and daily operational effectiveness.
4. Act as the core point of contact for MMs, maintain high-frequency communication, gather requirements, and collaborate with product/tech teams to optimize trading systems and APIs.
5. Assist in other institutional operations and liquidity management projects.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. 3+ years of experience in MM operations or institutional client management in crypto exchanges or traditional financial institutions.
3. Familiar with digital asset trading rules, market making strategies, and liquidity metrics.
4. Excellent data analysis skills; proficient in using SQL, Python, or similar tools for business data processing.
5. Passionate about AI technologies and automation tools; practical experience in using AI for efficiency improvement is highly preferred.
6. Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese; able to work in a cross-cultural, international team environment.

Nice to Haves:
1. Previous experience managing core MMs at top-tier crypto exchanges.
2. Background in quantitative or programmatic trading.
