任职要求：

4. 对AI工具（如大语言模型、自动化脚本）有实际应用经验或浓厚兴趣者优先。

Position: Market Maker Operations Expert
Location: Hong Kong (HK)

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily operation and management of the company’s Market Makers (MM), maintaining solid internal and external partnerships.
2. Monitor MM liquidity performance, establish and optimize the MM performance evaluation system.
3. Explore and introduce AI technologies and automation tools to enhance the efficiency of large-scale MM management and daily operations.
4. Work closely with internal product and technical teams to optimize trading mechanisms and liquidity management tools.
5. Track industry trends, expand high-quality MM resources, and continuously optimize platform trading depth and liquidity.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. Experience in the cryptocurrency industry, familiar with MM rules and liquidity management mechanisms of mainstream exchanges.
3. Solid data analysis skills, able to independently conduct data monitoring and performance evaluation.
4. Practical experience or strong interest in AI tools (e.g., LLMs, automation scripts) is highly preferred.
5. Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent cross-departmental communication and external business docking capabilities.

Nice to Haves:
1. Previous experience in similar core operational roles at top-tier cryptocurrency exchanges or renowned quantitative firms.
2. Familiar with Python or SQL, capable of independent data extraction and automated analysis.
