岗位名称：做市商运营专家 / Market Maker Operations Expert
工作地点：香港 (HK)

岗位职责：
1. 负责 HashKey 平台做市商（MM）的全生命周期管理，包括入驻对接、权限分配及日常沟通。
2. 监控并分析做市商的服务质量，包括价差、深度、成交占比等核心流动性指标，定期产出分析报告。
3. 针对当前做市商数量庞大的现状，设计并推动 AI 自动化方案，利用技术手段实现做市商监控、考核及反馈的流程提效。
4. 协调技术、产品及风控团队，优化做市商相关的 API 性能及交易规则。
5. 处理做市商在交易过程中遇到的突发问题，确保市场运行的稳定性。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，金融、数学、计算机或相关专业优先。
2. 具备 3 年以上加密货币交易所或专业做市机构运营经验，熟悉做市商业务逻辑。
3. 对 AI 技术在运营中的应用有深入理解或实践经验，能够提出切实可行的提效方案。
4. 具备出色的数据敏感度和分析能力，熟练使用 Excel、SQL 或 Python 等分析工具。

Position: Market Maker Operations Expert
Location: Hong Kong (HK)

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full lifecycle of Market Makers (MM) on the HashKey platform, including onboarding, permissioning, and daily communication.
2. Monitor and analyze the service quality of MMs, focusing on core liquidity metrics such as spreads, depth, and volume contribution.
3. Design and implement AI-driven automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency in managing a large number of MMs.
4. Coordinate with Tech, Product, and Risk teams to optimize MM-related API performance and trading rules.
5. Handle emergencies during trading to ensure market stability and liquidity consistency.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. 3+ years of experience in crypto exchange operations or professional market-making firms.
3. Deep understanding or practical experience in applying AI technologies to operational workflows.
4. Strong data sensitivity and analytical skills, proficient in Excel, SQL, or Python.
5. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese to collaborate with global MMs.
6. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced crypto industry environment.
