岗位名称：做市商运营专家 / Market Maker Operations Expert
工作地点：香港 (HK)

岗位职责：
1. 负责公司做市商（MM）的日常管理、沟通及关系维护，确保流动性供应稳定。
2. 监控各做市商的交易表现，包括但不限于买卖价差、深度、成交占比等核心指标。
3. 针对当前庞大的做市商群体，探索并应用 AI 技术及自动化工具，优化管理流程，实现运营提效。
4. 协同技术、产品及合规团队，优化做市商接入流程，提升交易系统对机构客户的友好度。
5. 定期输出市场流动性分析报告，为业务策略调整提供数据支持。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，金融、数学、计算机等相关专业优先。
2. 3年以上加密货币行业或传统金融机构做市商管理、交易运营相关经验。
3. 对 AI 工具（如 ChatGPT, Claude, AutoGPT 等）有实操经验，或具备初步的编程能力（如 Python）以实现自动化。
4. 具备出色的数据敏感度和逻辑分析能力，能够从复杂数据中发现问题。
5. 优秀的沟通协调能力，能够在中英双语环境下流畅工作。
6. 抗压能力强，能够适应快节奏及多任务并行的工作环境。

Job Title: Market Maker Operations Expert
Location: Hong Kong (HK)

Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily operations, communications, and relationship maintenance with Market Makers (MM) to ensure stable liquidity supply.
2. Monitor MM performance metrics, including bid-ask spreads, depth, volume share, and other key indicators.
3. Explore and implement AI technologies and automation tools to optimize management processes and improve operational efficiency for a large scale of MMs.
4. Coordinate with technology, product, and compliance teams to optimize MM onboarding and enhance the trading environment for institutional clients.
5. Generate regular market liquidity analysis reports to provide data support for business strategy adjustments.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. 3+ years of experience in MM management or trading operations within the crypto industry or traditional financial institutions.
3. Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, AutoGPT) or basic programming skills (e.g., Python) for automation.
4. Strong data sensitivity and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues from complex datasets.
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, fluent in both Chinese and English.
6. Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
