岗位职责：
1. 协助市场团队进行社交媒体平台（如 Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram 等）的日常运营和内容维护。
2. 参与线上及线下市场活动的策划、物料准备、嘉宾对接及现场执行支持。
3. 收集并整理 Web3 行业动态、竞品信息，协助撰写市场调研报告。
4. 协助处理各类市场宣传材料的文案撰写、中英翻译及简单的设计沟通工作。
5. 维护合作伙伴关系库，协助处理部门行政事务。

任职要求：
1. 在校本科或研究生，市场营销、新闻传播、金融、外语等相关专业优先。
2. 对 Web3、区块链及加密货币行业有浓厚兴趣，并具备基础了解。
3. 优秀的中英文听说读写能力，能够胜任双语工作环境。
4. 具备良好的沟通能力、团队协作精神，工作细致认真，抗压能力强。
5. 每周可实习 3 天及以上，持续实习 3 个月以上。

Responsibilities:
1. Assist the marketing team in the daily operation and content maintenance of social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram).
2. Participate in the planning, material preparation, guest coordination, and on-site support for online and offline marketing events.
3. Collect and organize Web3 industry trends and competitor information, assisting in writing market research reports.
4. Assist in copywriting, English-Chinese translation, and simple design communication for various marketing materials.
5. Maintain the partner database and assist with departmental administrative tasks.

Requirements:
1. Current undergraduate or postgraduate student, preferably majoring in Marketing, Journalism, Finance, Languages, or related fields.
2. Strong interest and basic understanding of the Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency industry.
3. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, capable of working in a bilingual environment.
4. Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
5. Available for internship at least 3 days per week for more than 3 months.

1. Previous internship experience in Internet, Finance, or Web3 related industries.
2. Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software.
3. Active social media user with personal media operation experience.
