Job Title: Financial Product Operations

【Key Responsibilities】

1. Trade Clearing & Settlement: Manage daily primary subscription and redemption for Tokenised Securities, ensuring accurate and timely fund settlements.
2. Reconciliation & Audit: Handle daily communications and fund reconciliations with external counterparties. Facilitate periodic audit review to ensure consistency of financial records.
3. Token Listing & Product Support: Collaborate cross-functionally to support new product launches and token listing operations, including drafting announcements and facilitating internal approvals.
4. Process Optimization: Resolve daily funding or trading anomalies and continuously optimize internal clearing workflows to enhance efficiency.
5. Risk & Compliance: Ensure all settlement procedures and documents strictly comply with regulatory and internal policies to mitigate operational risks.

【Requirements】

1. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in FinTech, Finance, or related fields with 2+ years of middle/back-office operations experience. Asset Management, Fund Operations, Tokenisation background would be preferred.
2. Professional Attributes: Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
3. Knowledge & Skills:

• Basic knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency.
• Proficient in MS Office suite for daily data processing and reporting.
• Familiarity with utilizing AI tools to enhance work efficiency.

1. Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin for cross-border communications. Cantonese is a plus.
