Develop and maintain group-level strategic clients, key industry accounts, and ecosystem partners, including financial institutions, listed companies, technology companies, Web3 projects, funds, family offices, and industrial groups.
Identify potential partnership opportunities around the Group’s core businesses, and drive client needs discovery, partnership proposal design, internal resource coordination, and commercial execution.
Participate in key strategic partnership projects at the Group level, driving business collaboration and resource integration across departments, regions, and business lines.
Stay up to date with industry trends across traditional finance, blockchain technology, RWA, stablecoins, payments, asset management, and digital assets, providing market insights and client opportunities for the Group’s business development.
Build and maintain a high-quality industry network to enhance the Group’s influence among target industries and key client segments.
Work closely with Product, Legal, Compliance, Research, Branding, Marketing, and other internal teams to drive complex projects from opportunity identification to signing and implementation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Finance, Economics, Management, Law, Computer Science, or related fields are preferred.
5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, key account sales, institutional client development, industrial partnerships, investment, or consulting.
Background in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or top investment bank is preferred; outstanding candidates with 3-5 years of relevant experience at a top-tier firm may also be considered.
Experience in financial institutions, fintech, Web3, exchanges, asset management, securities firms, funds, payments, technology platforms, or industrial groups is preferred.
Strong business development, client relationship management, and complex project execution capabilities, with the ability to independently drive key client partnerships to completion.
Excellent business judgment, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to quickly understand the Group’s business and translate it into client partnership proposals.
Existing resources across financial institutions, listed companies, industrial groups, Web3 ecosystems, funds, or family offices are preferred.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to work effectively across regions, cultures, and departments.
