We're Hiring: OTC Sales Trader | HashKey Exchange | Hong Kong
ABOUT THE ROLE
HashKey Exchange is expanding our institutional franchise in Hong Kong. We are looking for a OTC Sales Trader professional with 2-4 years of experience and deep roots in Web3 / crypto native. You will help bring regulated digital-asset capabilities to institutional clients while leveraging the credibility and networks you have built in traditional finance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify, engage, and onboard institutional clients across Hong Kong and the wider region
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with asset managers, family offices, brokers, and wealth channels
- Present HashKey's exchange, custody, and institutional product suite with clarity and compliance awareness
- Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to deliver seamless client onboarding
- Represent HashKey at industry forums and client meetings as a credible market-facing ambassador
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2-4 years in institutional sales, relationship management, or business development (Private Banking, IB, brokerage, or asset management)
- Demonstrable Web3 / crypto native in Hong Kong — local market knowledge and an existing client network
- Strong communication in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin highly valued for local coverage
- High integrity, structured execution, and comfort working in a regulated, fast-moving environment
- Intellectual curiosity about digital assets; prior crypto exposure is a plus, not a prerequisite
NICE TO HAVE
- Existing relationships with HKMA/SFC-regulated institutions or family-office ecosystems
- Experience collaborating with compliance on institutional KYC/AML workflows
- Prior involvement in product launches or cross-border institutional mandates
