Job Overview:

Research and analysis risk patterns, using data driven thinking and quantitative analysis methodologies to identify, measure, contain and mitigate risks (e.g. fraud trading, spam registration, account takeover, kyc fruad, card acquiring risk and payment fraud).

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

– Work cross functionally with blockchain related projects to implement risk rules in support of evolving risk trends and business needs

– Applies statistical techniques to drive effective identification, measure, monitor, defense of hacker attacks or fraud activities

– Monitor, diagnose and improve the effectiveness and stability of variables, strategies through the use of proprietary and open-source data tools

– Manage prioritization and balance trade-offs among user experience and risks

– Translate complex findings into simple visualizations

Job Qualifications:

– A Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical field and 2+ years of experience is required

– Experience in risk or risk management field

– Experience leveraging data query languages (SQL) or scripting languages (Python, R or equivalent) for data analysis

– Ability to implement analytics & data visualizations

– Experience using data to guide and influence decisions

– Experience researching, defining and measuring metrics based on quantitative and qualitative requirement

– Good willingness and ability to learn, outstanding ability to analyze and solve problems, and good coordination and communication
