The data analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help the organization make informed business decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide corresponding data reports or analysis.

– Gather, clean, and organize data from databases, spreadsheets, and other sources

– Run data queries and analyse data using statistical techniques and tools to identify patterns, trends, and meaningful insights

– Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data findings to stakeholders

– Assist with the implementation of data model and data pipelines

– Maintain data integrity and security protocols

**Qualifications**

– Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field

– 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw meaningful insights from data

– Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences

– Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R

– Proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Datawind

– Proficient in data warehousing environments such as Hadoop, Spark

– Proficient in data modelling concepts such as Star Schema

– Experience in streaming tools such as Kafka, Flink, spark streaming is a plus

– Experience in finance, web3 or digital currency industry is a plus
