Job Description:

We are seeking a User Growth Operations Manager with a proven track record in structured growth strategies, successful platform-based product growth initiatives, and strong project collaboration experience and resources to join our HashKey Wallet team. You will be responsible for driving user growth for HashKey Wallet and enhancing its presence within the multi-chain ecosystem (e.g., wallets).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive user growth strategies to expand the user base of HashKey Wallet.
• Leverage successful growth frameworks and platform-based product growth experiences to optimize user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project partners, leveraging resources to foster collaboration and drive mutual growth.
• Stay updated on trends and developments in public chains and multi-chain ecosystems, identifying opportunities to integrate and enhance wallet functionalities.
• Lead and manage a team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in structured growth strategies, preferably within the blockchain or fintech industry.
• Demonstrated success in driving growth for platform-based products, with a strong understanding of user behavior and engagement metrics.
• Established network and resources within the blockchain space, particularly with project partners and ecosystem players.
• Familiarity with public chains and multi-chain ecosystems, with a deep understanding of wallet functionalities and user needs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving growth targets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
