Develop and execute HashKey Exchange’s user growth strategy, covering the full lifecycle of user acquisition, activation, retention, and referral, with a focus on penetrating core Web3 user segments.
Build data-driven growth models, establish key performance indicator systems, and continuously optimize customer acquisition cost and lifetime value.
Oversee integrated growth across online (e.g., SEO, ASA) and offline channels (e.g., KOL partnerships, self-built channel networks).
Manage cross-channel growth strategies, including social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu), community operations, and event marketing.
Design growth flywheels for retail, institutional, and corporate clients, including partner programs and referral incentive systems.
Establish user insights frameworks, leveraging on-chain/off-chain data analytics to identify high-value user characteristics.
Requirements:
8+ years of hands-on user growth experience, with at least 3 years in Crypto/Fintech/Internet industries.
Minimum 3 years of social media operations expertise, including global (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn) and domestic platforms (e.g., Xiaohongshu).
Proven track record in building growth systems for high-activity, high-volume trading platforms across online and offline channels.
Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
Deep understanding of Crypto/Exchange/blockchain infrastructure ecosystems and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Fluent in both English and Chinese for business negotiations and technical documentation.
