Position Overview:
HashKey Group is seeking an experienced Senior Listing Manager to join our Hong Kong-based team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the listing strategy of virtual assets, the design of institutional-grade asset products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of virtual assets and hands-on experience with asset admission processes under Hong Kong’s regulatory regime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and submit virtual asset listing proposals in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), ensuring full compliance and transparency throughout the asset onboarding process.
- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies, facilitating approval by preparing and submitting project rationales, technical documentation, and compliance materials.
- Collaborate with traditional financial institutions to screen and co-develop wealth management products, including money market funds, structured products, and other hybrid financial instruments.
- Provide timely responses to regulatory inquiries (e.g., disclosure requirements, RFIs) and support the preparation and submission of relevant internal documentation.
- Maintain well-organized compliance records, including audit logs and listing reports, to ensure proper documentation and traceability.
- Work closely with legal, compliance, tech, and business teams to ensure that listed assets meet both regulatory expectations and strategic business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Law, Economics, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in financial product structuring, regulatory compliance, or relevant regulatory affairs.
- Strong understanding of the Hong Kong virtual asset regulatory landscape and awareness of global regulatory trends in digital assets.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; ability to produce regulatory-grade documentation.
- Prior experience in the wealth management division of a financial institution is a strong plus.
