Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and expand overseas market KOLs (in regions such as the Middle East, Japan, Korea, etc.), online self-media influencers, community leaders, or other partners with strong customer acquisition capabilities that align with the virtual currency investment audience, to drive precise customer acquisition;
• Responsible for business negotiations with KOLs and channel partners, facilitating cooperation agreements, advancing the implementation of promotion plans, ensuring effective customer traffic generation, and tracking data performance;
• Maintain long-term relationships with KOLs and partners through incentive mechanisms and event planning to continuously enhance channel output and acquire new investment users;
• Monitor overseas market dynamics in the virtual currency and related industries, collect competitor information, user trends, and market feedback to provide support for business strategy optimization;
• Assist in formulating overseas market expansion plans and collaborate with the team to achieve user growth and brand promotion goals.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with preference for majors in marketing, business, finance, or related fields;
• Familiar with the virtual currency, blockchain, or fintech industry; priority given to candidates with experience in KOL expansion in the crypto space or international marketing;
• Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with fluent business English communication and negotiation abilities, capable of efficient interactions with overseas KOLs and partners;
• Outstanding communication and coordination skills, as well as strong interpersonal relationship management abilities, adept at building trust with partners from diverse cultural backgrounds;
• Possess innovative thinking and keen market insight, able to quickly adapt to market changes and flexibly respond to challenges;
• Results-oriented, data-sensitive, and familiar with tracking and analysis of user growth and KOL collaboration effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with overseas virtual currency markets or KOL ecosystems;
• Experience in successfully driving KOL collaboration cases or user growth projects;
• Proficiency in languages other than English.
