Program Overview

The HashKey Global Graduate Program (HGGP) is our flagship talent initiative designed for top graduates worldwide. We aim to cultivate future leaders in Web3 with an entrepreneurial mindset and a global perspective through structured rotations, executive mentorship, hands-on projects, and professional training. Participants will gain deep exposure to our core businesses, work alongside industry experts, and accelerate their growth in an international environment.

What You Will Do

• Cross-functional Rotations: Gain holistic business exposure by rotating across key business units.
• High-impact Projects: participate or contribute to strategic initiatives, such as new product launches, regional expansion, and community growth campaigns, building from 0 to 1.
• Executive Engagement: Receive direct mentorship and strategic insights from senior leaders and Group executives.
• Long-term Career Path: Transition into a core business or managerial role upon successful completion of the program.

Who We Are Looking For

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Master’s or PhD preferred), graduating from a top global university.
• Preferred disciplines: Finance, Computer Science, FinTech, Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Business, or related fields.

Experience

• 1+ internship(s) at leading internet, financial services, FinTech, Web3, or consulting firms.
• Proven experience leading cross-team projects (e.g., campus ventures, research initiatives, competition organizing) with measurable outcomes.
• International exposure such as overseas study, exchange programs, internships, or global competitions is highly preferred.

Competencies

• Passionate about Web3, Fintech, blockchain, digital assets, or financial services, with a strong learning agility.
• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication skills in English (mandatory); proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. Additional language skills (e.g., Cantonese, Japanese, Arabic) are advantageous.
• Cross-cultural awareness and adaptability in a global workplace.
