We are hiring a Compensation & Benefits Expert to support the Group C&B agenda across regions and business lines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Compensation Benchmarking & Job Architecture
– Conduct annual salary benchmarking using major market surveys (e.g., Mercer, WTW, Aon, Korn Ferry)
– Maintain and enhance job grading and salary band structures
– Provide offer benchmarking and internal equity analysis
– Support executive compensation analysis where required
2. Compensation Analytics & Budgeting
– Support annual compensation and ESOP planning and increment cycle
– Provide data-driven insights to HRBPs and senior stakeholders
3. Benefits Management
– Assist in regional benefits benchmarking and vendor coordination
– Support renewal analysis and cost optimization initiatives
– Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements
4. Governance & Policy
– Draft and update compensation policies and approval workflows
– Strengthen control frameworks and documentation standards
– Ensure alignment with audit and regulatory expectations
Requirements
– 5–10 years of compensation & benefits experience
– Experience in both consulting/survey firm and in-house C&B highly preferred
– Strong hands-on expertise in salary benchmarking and compensation modeling
– Advanced Excel capability (pivot tables, scenario modeling, cost simulations)
– Experience supporting multi-country or regional operations preferred
– Strong analytical, structured, and detail-oriented mindset
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving organization
