岗位职责
1. 负责公司现有做市商（MM）的日常运营与管理，跟进做市商的交易表现及流动性指标。
2. 探索并落地AI技术在做市商管理中的应用，通过工具化、自动化手段提升运营效率。
3. 维护与全球头部做市商的合作关系，协调解决做市商在接入和交易过程中遇到的问题。
4. 监控市场流动性状况，结合业务需求制定并优化做市商考核与激励机制。
5. 跨部门协同，与产品、技术团队紧密配合，推动交易系统及做市商基础设施的持续迭代。

任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、计算机、数学等相关专业优先。
2. 具备3年以上加密货币交易所或传统金融机构做市商运营、流动性管理相关经验。
3. 熟悉数字资产交易机制，对市场微观结构、订单簿模型及流动性管理有深入理解。
4. 具备较强的数据分析能力，能够独立完成业务数据的提取、分析与洞察。
5. 具备中英双语作为工作语言的能力，能够与全球客户无障碍沟通。

1. 熟练掌握Python、SQL等数据处理工具者优先。
2. 有AI大模型或自动化工具在金融运营场景落地经验者优先。

Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the daily operation and management of the company’s existing Market Makers (MM), tracking their trading performance and liquidity metrics.
2. Explore and implement AI technologies in market maker management to improve operational efficiency through tooling and automation.
3. Maintain cooperative relationships with top global market makers and coordinate to solve problems during their onboarding and trading processes.
4. Monitor market liquidity conditions, and formulate/optimize market maker evaluation and incentive mechanisms based on business needs.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with product and technical teams to drive continuous iteration of trading systems and MM infrastructure.

Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
2. Over 3 years of experience in market maker operations or liquidity management in cryptocurrency exchanges or traditional financial institutions.
3. Familiar with digital asset trading mechanisms, with deep understanding of market microstructure, order book models, and liquidity management.
4. Strong data analysis skills, able to independently extract, analyze, and generate insights from business data.
5. Bilingual in Chinese and English, able to communicate fluently with global clients.

Nice to Haves
1. Proficiency in data processing tools such as Python and SQL is preferred.
2. Experience in implementing AI models or automation tools in financial operation scenarios is highly preferred.
3. Possessing rich resources of top global market makers is a plus.
