1. 负责公司做市商(MM)的全面管理及日常运营对接，确保流动性目标的达成。
2. 监控和评估做市商的交易表现、市场深度及点差等核心指标。
3. 探索并落地AI及自动化工具，优化做市商管理流程，实现运营降本增效。
4. 协同产研、合规、财务等跨部门团队，解决做市商在接入和交易过程中遇到的问题。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、计算机等相关专业优先。
2. 具备3年以上加密货币或传统金融做市商运营、机构业务对接相关经验。
3. 深入理解做市商运作机制及流动性管理逻辑。
4. 对AI工具及前沿技术有浓厚兴趣，具备利用AI进行流程优化的意识或经验。
5. 具备优秀的中英双语沟通能力，能适应国际化工作环境。

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the comprehensive management and daily operational docking of Market Makers (MM) to ensure liquidity targets are met.
2. Monitor and evaluate core metrics of market makers, including trading performance, market depth, and spreads.
3. Explore and implement AI and automation tools to optimize MM management processes and achieve operational efficiency.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, compliance, and finance to resolve issues during MM onboarding and trading.
5. Track industry trends and continuously optimize MM incentive mechanisms and partnership strategies.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. Over 3 years of experience in market maker operations or institutional business docking in crypto or traditional finance.
3. Deep understanding of market making mechanisms and liquidity management logic.
4. Strong interest in AI tools and cutting-edge technologies, with experience or mindset in utilizing AI for process optimization.
5. Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese, adaptable to an international working environment.

Pluses:
1. Experience working in top-tier crypto exchanges or renowned market making firms (e.g., Wintermute, GSR).
2. Programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL) for in-depth data analysis is a strong plus.
