岗位名称：做市商运营专家 / Market Maker Operations Expert
工作地点：香港 (HK)

岗位职责：
1. 负责平台做市商的日常管理、准入审核及全生命周期维护。
2. 监控做市商的交易表现，确保其履行流动性义务并符合合规要求。
3. 探索并落地 AI 技术在做市商管理中的应用，实现业务流程的自动化与提效。
4. 分析市场流动性数据，优化做市商激励方案及 KPI 考核体系。
5. 与技术和产品团队紧密配合，提升做市商 API 性能及后台监控工具。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，金融、数学、计算机或相关专业优先。
2. 3 年以上加密货币交易所或量化交易机构相关工作经验。
3. 具备较强的逻辑思维能力，对 AI 驱动业务增长有实操经验或深刻见解。
4. 能够熟练使用数据分析工具，具备一定的编程基础（如 Python）者优先。

Job Description:
Position: Market Maker Operations Expert
Location: Hong Kong (HK)

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily management, onboarding, and lifecycle maintenance of market makers on the platform.
2. Monitor market maker trading performance to ensure fulfillment of liquidity obligations and compliance requirements.
3. Explore and implement AI technologies in market maker management to achieve process automation and efficiency.
4. Analyze market liquidity data to optimize market maker incentive schemes and KPI evaluation systems.
5. Collaborate closely with technical and product teams to improve market maker API performance and backend monitoring tools.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. 3+ years of relevant experience in crypto exchanges or quantitative trading firms.
3. Strong logical thinking skills with practical experience or deep insights into AI-driven business growth.
4. Proficient in data analysis tools, with programming skills (e.g., Python) being a plus.
5. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of working in a fast-paced international environment.

Bonus Points:
1. Experience in market maker management at top-tier exchanges.
2. Background in quantitative strategies or risk control.
