岗位职责：
1. 负责HashKey平台做市商的日常运营与管理，维护与全球头部做市商的良好合作关系；
2. 监控和分析做市商的流动性表现，跟进做市商考核指标的达成情况，并提供优化建议；
3. 探索并引入AI工具与自动化流程，大幅提升做市商对账、数据监控及日常沟通的运营效率；
4. 收集做市商的业务需求与反馈，协同产品、技术团队推动做市商相关系统与API的迭代升级；
5. 协助处理做市商入驻、额度调整、费率配置等全生命周期服务。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、计算机等相关专业优先；
2. 3年以上加密资产交易所、券商或做市商机构相关运营经验，熟悉做市商业务模式与痛点；
3. 对AI工具（如ChatGPT等LLM应用）有浓厚兴趣及实操经验，能将其落地于实际工作提效中；
4. 具备较强的数据分析能力，对流动性深度、价差等指标高度敏感；
5. 具备中英双语作为工作语言的能力，沟通协调能力强，抗压能力出色。

加分项：
1. 掌握SQL/Python等数据处理技能者优先；

Position: Market Maker Operations Expert

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily operations and management of Market Makers (MM) on the HashKey platform, maintaining strong relationships with global top-tier MMs.
2. Monitor and analyze the liquidity performance of MMs, track their KPI achievements, and provide optimization suggestions.
3. Explore and implement AI tools and automated workflows to significantly improve the efficiency of MM reconciliation, data monitoring, and daily communication.
4. Gather business requirements and feedback from MMs, collaborating with product and tech teams to drive the iteration of MM-related systems and APIs.
5. Assist in the full life-cycle services of MMs, including onboarding, limit adjustments, and fee tier configurations.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. 3+ years of operations experience in crypto exchanges, brokerages, or MM institutions. Familiar with MM business models and pain points.
3. Strong interest and hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., LLM applications like ChatGPT), capable of applying them to improve work efficiency.
4. Strong data analysis skills, highly sensitive to liquidity metrics such as order book depth and bid-ask spread.
5. Bilingual in English and Mandarin as working languages. Excellent communication, coordination, and pressure-handling skills.

Nice to Haves:
1. Proficiency in data processing skills such as SQL/Python is preferred.
2. Existing network with top-tier crypto MMs is a strong plus.
