【岗位职责】
1. 负责公司做市商（MM）的日常运营与管理，维护机构关系，确保流动性及交易指标的达成。
2. 监控和分析做市商的交易数据及表现，建立并完善做市商考核与评级体系。
3. 探索并引入AI技术与自动化工具，优化做市商管理流程，大幅提升运营效率。
4. 协同产品、技术与合规团队，推动做市商相关系统功能的迭代与优化。

【任职要求】
1. 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、计算机等相关专业优先。

Position: Market Maker Operations Expert

[Responsibilities]
1. Responsible for the daily operations and management of the company’s Market Makers (MM), maintaining institutional relationships to ensure liquidity and trading targets are met.
2. Monitor and analyze MM trading data and performance, establishing and improving the MM assessment and rating system.
3. Explore and integrate AI technologies and automation tools to optimize the MM management process and significantly improve operational efficiency.
4. Collaborate with product, technology, and compliance teams to drive the iteration and optimization of MM-related system functions.
5. Track industry trends and competitor strategies to provide constructive suggestions for the company’s liquidity management strategies.

[Requirements]
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. Over 3 years of experience in market maker operations or institutional client management within cryptocurrency exchanges or traditional financial institutions.
3. Familiar with market maker mechanisms and liquidity management, with strong data analysis skills.
4. Strong interest in cutting-edge AI technologies, with practical experience using AI tools to improve work efficiency.
5. Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese, capable of seamless business interactions.
6. Highly self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
