HashKey Group is hiring an OTC Sales Trader to join our regulated digital asset exchange team in Hong Kong.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an OTC Sales Trader, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our institutional client base and executing high-volume digital asset transactions. This position bridges the gap between traditional finance and the regulated Web3 ecosystem, offering a unique opportunity to drive liquidity for a licensed platform.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Execute OTC trades for institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals with high precision.
• Manage client relationships, onboarding, and daily trading inquiries for digital assets.
• Monitor market liquidity, manage risk exposure, and collaborate with internal liquidity providers.
• Identify and capture new business opportunities by leveraging your existing network.
• Ensure all trading activities comply with Hong Kong regulatory standards and internal risk policies.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales trading, treasury, or relationship management within traditional finance.
• Strong network of institutional clients, asset managers, or high-net-worth individuals.
• High learning agility with a strong commitment to mastering crypto market structures and digital assets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Chinese to support regional clients.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.

NICE TO HAVE

• Prior experience trading digital assets or working within a regulated crypto exchange.
• Relevant financial certifications or local regulatory licenses (SFC).
